The staff were helpful and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. Although there were some minor inconveniences like limited parking availability and issues with the Wi-Fi, overall, it was a decent stay for exploring the area by foot.

I chose this hotel for attendance at a business congregation, and I found the complimentary fitness center, business center, and free Wi-Fi very useful for staying connected and productive. The facilities helped me stay on top of work and maintain my routine even while traveling.

The one service I missed for my work was a lack of a dedicated meeting room or business conference facilities within the premises.

The reception was friendly with brilliantly friendly staff. Milk, butter and slices of fresh bread were amazing as well as the drinks. The venue's position was central. Had nice dainties at Oneg Bakery, located next to the hotel.

Despite its surroundings, the hotel is located in a safe neighborhood, providing guests with a sense of security. The staff at this hotel are amazing and provide excellent service, making guests feel welcome throughout their stay. The rooms are well kept and spacious, with the option of a kitchenette for added convenience. Additionally, the hotel offers extra facilities such as pack and plays for families traveling with babies.

Stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and had a great experience. The room was spacious with high ceilings, making it feel even bigger. The basic kitchen facilities were handy, and the easy access to buses allowed for convenient travel around Brooklyn. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly, always happy to assist us. The breakfast provided was good and adequate. The hotel is located in a safe neighbourhood within the Jewish community of Brooklyn, and it was only a 15-20 minute walk to the subway station for a quick commute to Manhattan. Would book again if in Brooklyn.

I recently stayed at Pointe Plaza for a week-long trip. The room was excellent, with a separate kitchen that had all the utensils I needed. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and the breakfast, though basic, was sufficient. The location was great, within walking distance to the Williamsburg bridge for easy access to the city. a comfortable and convenient stay.

drinks machine was broken, swallowed the money but no water bottle came out.. at the reception we were helped.. hotel is a bit far away from manhattan, with the subway easy to reach but still far to go.. looking back a hotel in manhattan would have been better.. then there was a muffled sound of a blower that was on the roof near our room, if you have a light sleep the room on the 5th floor.. not suitable.

rooms were comfortable and well equipped. nice bathroom. staff at the reception was super helpful and very nice! distance to manhattan is good, you can even walk if you are fit enough. there is free coffee and tea all day long.

breakfast was absolutely minimalistic and not recommendable! i had a bagel that even got mouldy. room is much too small for the number of guests. location in the strictly orthodox jewish quarter is not optimal, interesting to see.

hotel has large rooms with their own kitchen (but without contents and therefore not usable), large bathroom and comfortable large beds. price was very reasonable by new york standards.

hotel itself is located in a quarter that is dominated by orthodox jews and one feels somehow strange. hotel looked great on the photos, in reality it is already getting on in years. personnel at the reception was always friendly. not the one in the breakfast room. the room was very big. had a kitchen but no equipment, could be ordered. then one got only 2 plates, cutlery, 1 pot and 1 pan, glasses and cups were not available. with this you could not really cook. there was no detergent. towel etc, the rest of the room was spacious with a big bathroom and a big bedroom and is also a bit old (e. g. there was no cupboard door). it was clean. unfortunately our only window was over a ventilation system and so it was not possible to open it, breakfast was the most underground thing we ever experienced. at the booking we thought. cool there is breakfast and also at the check-in we were told complementary breakfast. what we saw then was unique, in a small warm room we had coffee and milk. boiled eggs in a bucket. only on the first day apples and bagels and croissants from a box that was standing in an ikea bathroom shelf, everything did not look really fresh, well. i don't have to talk about the lady's kindness at breakfast. in summary, it was a unique experience at a reasonable price. rooms and bathroom were big and clean and there were always fresh towels, one could do so much with this hotel. even if the location is not the best.

The limited complimentary breakfast was disappointing, and the cold boiled eggs were not appetizing. It would have been nice to have more variety, such as scrambled eggs or muffins.

The complimentary breakfast bar was a delightful surprise. It felt like diving into a treasure chest of delicious baked goods, fresh cut fruits, and rejuvenating coffee. I couldn't help but feel like I was in a bustling New York diner, with the added bonus of magnificent unobstructed views of Downtown Manhattan from the picture windows of my suite.
